Let me help you with downloading the bank transactions, Heidi17.

I'd like to know more about this, though. What specific error message did you encounter? This way, I can check in our records for any open investigations.

In the meantime, if your bank account is connected to online banking, please feel free to check this reference on what you can do if you see a bank error or bank transactions won’t download.

Although, if you're importing transactions, you can refer to this article about common errors for importing bank transactions using CSV.

I'll also include this article on how to categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online as a future reference.

You can get back to this thread for more details. We'll reply as soon as we can.

Something’s not quite right
Your file does not contain the three required columns: transaction date, memo and amount.  Here is the thread where this is happening to many others...it doesn't look like Quickbooks has fixed it yet?  https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/banking/bank-of-america-credit-cards-not-manually-...

As a paying customer, I need it fixed.  Now.  Or a refund for the last two months.

I chatted online with QB yesterday and they assured me they were “on top of the issue” that has gone back since January. They have no fix and refuse to refund what I pay QB. Because I pay you, and I am now unable to reconcile my accounts, I took the time yesterday to switch all of my accounts over to WaveApp. It’s free, invoices are beautiful, AND they allow recurring invoices (awesome feature). Funny WaveApp had no problem syncing all of my information. Today I will be canceling my service with QB because I can’t sit around another seven months and wait for you to fix something you are “on top of.”
