Let me help you make sure you're able to connect your online banking account seamlessly in QuickBooks Online.

 

Banking Error 324 means QuickBooks is unable to locate your account on your Financial Institution (FI) website. These may be caused by the following:

 

  • Your bank or credit card company changed the account or moved it to a new server.
  • You changed the account name or other info on your bank or credit card company's website.
  • Your bank or credit card company issued a new account or credit card.
  • You closed your bank or credit card account.

 

To fix this, you can update your banking connection. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Banking menu or Transactions menu.
  2. Select Update.
  3. If you still see the error, look for a banner on the Banking menu or Transactions menu.
  4. Select Check connections link and follow the steps to fix the issue.

Open your QBO account on private/incognito browser. Another option, utilize the trial version of SlickConnect to isolate the issue. It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online, so there is no specific setting needed. If the same error persists, there is an ongoing problem at your bank.
