Hi, @info-lajolladeta. I appreciate you for adding a screen share video about the error message you're getting. I'm here to help you add your bank account successfully.
I can see that you've received this message: "Something's not quite right. Try again later, and it should work." For now, you can wait for a few moments before trying to add your account again. Or, log out and log back into QuickBooks to narrow down the result.
Once done, add your bank account again.
If the error continues, I'd recommend replicating the steps through a private window. The stored cache on the browser you're using might cause the error.
You can use either of these keyboard shortcuts to save you time:
- Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: press Command + Shift + N
If it works, clear the cache of your main browser to remove browser history. You can also use another supported browser as an alternative.
If the issue persists, I'd suggest reaching out to our Support Team to investigate this further.
