I am trying to chat with Intuit but can't seem to get the system to work. Suggestions?

 I want to chat with them regarding -   It does not seem that my system fully transitioned over. Can you assist?

Are you getting any error messages when trying to reach our Support team through chat? If so, may I know what you're getting? Also, can you share more information about what didn't fully transition? Any details will help me provide the best resolution for your concern.

 

If you still wish to speak with our Support team, let's log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private browser (incognito). There are times that the browser is already full of frequently accessed page resources (cache and cookies), causing some unusual responses.

 

Here's how:

 

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox).
  • Control Option (Safari).

 

Once logged in, try to reach our Support team again. Here's how:

 

  1. In QBO, go to the Help (question mark) icon at the top.
  2. Select a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with.
  3. Click Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us.

 

If it's successful, return to your default browser and perform a clear cache to refresh the system. However, if the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.
