Hi there, @aplusnorthwestse.

It's nice to have you here in the Community. I'd be pleased to assist you with setting up a customer invoice in QuickBooks Online.

Are you referring to adding the links you've attached in this post into the invoice email field? If so, QuickBooks only allow a valid email address and does not allow websites as an email substitute. You'll need to enter a valid email addresses like Gmail, Yahoo Email, Windows Mail, Hotmail, etc.

However, I'd encourage you sharing this idea to our product Product Developers. Doing this helps them understand where we can improve and what features should be added so we can better serve you. Just click on the Gear icon and select on Send Feedback Online to send your suggestion.

Also, you can visit our Online Blog to read the latest news and updates from QuickBooks including product improvements, company news, and leadership spotlights.

Please let me know if there's anything else you need. I'll be around to help you out. Have a great day!
