Currently, there's an ongoing investigation about receiving a network error 400 when setting up an employee. To help you add the employee to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Care team. Here's how:
- In your QBO account, click the Help menu.
- Select the Assistant tab.
- Enter a brief description of your concern. Example: Getting error message: "Network error: Response not successful: Received status code 400".
- Then, type Talk to a human.
- Next, choose Start a chat or Get a callback.
They can also link your account to the investigation so you'll be able to receive notifications and updates about the issue via email.
