Hey there, Yankuba. Thanks for bringing this up on the QuickBooks Community page.
I'm here to share some troubleshooting steps, so you can get through managing your workers' payroll.
When processing payroll forms and taxes within your regular browser, sometimes stored cache files can cause an interruption while using our features. To fix this, you may open your QuickBooks Online account using a private browser. This will help us verify if the problem is a cache-related issue. Simply press the following shortcut keys to access this mode:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
If it works, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Also, using other supported browsers can be an option to help narrow down the problem.
However, if the issue persists, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team to conduct further investigation and provide you with a solution.
Here's how to connect with them:
- In your QBO account, click Help.
- Click the Search tab and click Contact Us.
- Enter the error message in the description box and select Continue.
- Start a chat with a support expert.
