I am unable to print my January 2021 Bank Reconciliation before I "Finalize" it. After hitting the print icon in QB, the green circle of in-process just spins.

Hi @cbernhardt-advai,

The first thing I can suggest is to refresh your browser, then proceed to print the reconciliation page again.

If the issue persists, open your browser's private window. This allows you to isolate cache, which is the common culprit for unexpected behaviors in browsers.

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

Go back to your regular browser if the step above worked for you, then clear its cache. Otherwise, open a different browser that's available for you.

I suggest you take a look at this article as well: How to update, repair, or re-install Adobe Reader/Acrobat. The Acrobat Reader takes care of the printing process in QuickBooks Online (QBO), so it's best to keep it up to date.

Feel free to get back in the Community any time you have concerns with printing in QBO or any other issues for that matter. I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

Sorry but the issue appeared to be a bug in the Quickbook Program for the Reconciliation Process.  The Print Icon for the Reconciliation had failed and needed to be fixed.

Hey there, cbernhardt-advai.

Thanks for following up with those additional details. I want to make sure you're able to print the reconciliation page in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.

Were you able to try the troubleshooting steps mentioned above? If so and the issue is persisting, I recommend reaching out to a member of the QBO Support Team. Agents have specialized tools, such as the ability to share your screen, and take a closer look at what could be causing the system to not print the page. Here's how to get in touch with the team:

1. Click the Help button in the top right corner.

2. Select Contact Us.

3. Enter Support in the field and choose Let's talk.

4. From here you can select to being a live chat or set up a callback at a time that's convenient for you.

The following linked article provides these steps if you ever need them again in the future: QuickBooks Online Support

Additionally, you may also want to try the keystroke to print the page (Ctrl + P). Please feel free to reach back out if you have any other questions or concerns. I'll be here to help.
