I am with Chase bank and I am missing 1 1/3 months of transactions. Anyone else?

There was probably an interruption with the connection that Intuit uses to download your bank transactions. We can do a manual update to refresh the connection.

Here's how:

1. Click Banking on the left panel.
2. Select the Update button in the upper right-hand corner.

You can also use Web Connect files to import the transactions into QBO. Just get the files from your bank, export them to an Excel spreadsheet, and then import them. Here's an article for the detailed steps: How to upload more than 90 days of bank transactions.
