I can open a client but I can't open any reports?

Web-based platforms like QBO collect cache files (cookies) to save you time when loading repetitive data and images. These files can often become outdated or corrupted, causing issues like the one with your client's reports. Clearing them out may allow you to properly load the report, and the steps below will help you accomplish this in all supported browsers:


Clearing Temporary Cache Files
