I can't access my What’s New in QuickBooks Online 2019 – Recertification. It was working earlier and now it no longer shows up. It defaults to a 2018 advanced exam. Please help!

Same! The exam is no longer there. I’ve tried accessing it different browsers, computers, shutting down, etc. and nothing....

I can not get to the Re-certification Exam. I completed all Modules, the Exam was there earlier today, but is gone now. How do we take the Exam by July 31st if we can't get to it? What will happen to the points we have earned?

We’ve received reports from other users that they’re unable to access the What’s New in QuickBooks Online 2019 Recertification. Our engineering team is working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.


To ensure you’re in the loop to the resolution status, please sign up to our notification list of affected users. We can't have your personal details lying around in the Community for safety purposes.


I recommend reaching out to our QBO Care Team since they can securely add your company and provide information on how to continue with the examination. Provide this investigation number to expedite the process: INV-33896.

OK so how do I get on the notification list of users who cant access the Recertification course or exam?

  1. Look for the Help menu in the upper-right hand corner of QBO and click on it.
  2. Type in a very short description of the help that you need, then click Let's talk
  3. Select Get a callback to reach out to one of our phone agents or Start Messaging for chat support.

Good afternoon, everyone.

 

I have an update for you regarding the ProAdvisor Recertification Exam that I'd like to share.

 

There were some ProAdvisors that had problems accessing the certification modules on July 30th. We recognize the certification takes time to complete, so the deadline has been extended to Sunday, August 4th for all users to make sure those who were unable to access have time to complete the recertification.
