I can't deselect the "I am a CIS subcontractor" tick box. Does anyone know how to solve this?

I can't deselect the "I am a CIS subcontractor" tick box. Does anyone know how to solve this?

I'm with you in resolving your concern today. 

 

As an insight, QuickBooks uses cache to make sure the page loads faster. However, when the cache is full of history and temp files, it can cause unexpected behaviors such as being unable to tick the box due to greyed out. 

 

I'd suggest performing primary troubleshooting steps to isolate the problem by using a private browser (incognito). Use the following keyboard shortcuts to open a private browser: 

 

  • Ctrl+ Shift + N (Google Chrome)
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox)
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Internet Explorer)
  • Command + Shift + N (Safari)

 

Log in to your company. Then, check if the box is already functioning well. If incognito works, I'd suggest clearing the cache on the browser you're using. Otherwise, use a supported, up-to-date browser.
