I have the same issue. When I click into the report, a pop up windows shows up says "Something went wrong. We are working on it." This issue started at the end of January. I thought it would go away on its own soon, but it didn't. Looks like other people have the same issue. Please fix this as soon as possible. Thanks.

There has been an on-going issue with the Profit and Loss by % Total Income report. Our engineers currently are working on fixing it. In the meantime, you can pull up the Profit and Loss by Detail report.

I understand the impact of any delay in resolving this ongoing concern with generating the Profit and Loss % by Total Income report. Currently, we don’t have an exact turn around time on when our Product Engineers will be able to release a permanent resolution for this ongoing concern. Rest assured, fix will be applied directly to your account and you’ll be notified via email once updates are available.
In the meantime, you can access the regular Profit and Loss report then filter it to show the information you need. Here’s how:
