Buy nowHello, Jr. Before anything else, did you receive any specific error messages when trying to log in to the QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) mobile app? This information helps us pinpoint the root cause and provide the right fix for you.
In the meantime, a common cause of login issues is corrupted app data. This occurs when the app's local settings fall out of sync with the main QuickBooks servers. Performing a Refresh Data reset typically resolves this by removing old and conflicting files.
To do this, refresh your app data by navigating to Menu > More Options > Settings > Refresh Data, then select YES to proceed. Once finished, relaunch the app to reset the connection and apply your changes. It's also a good idea to double-check your credentials, as an incorrect username or password could be causing the login failure.

I have a new iPhone and did not notice until yesterday March 20th that nothing had tracked since the new phone came on line 3/16. I am unable to log in as the only screen that comes up on my phone, is blank with a small disclaimer at the bottom that states QuickBooks Self-Employed is no longer accepting new sign-up’s Download QuickBooks Accounting to try our new offering for one-person businesses.
I can log in to the app on my iPad. I can log in on my MacBook. I am frustrated and can’t figure out how to contact a human for help.
Hello, Kblaik. I totally get your frustration. The message you're seeing is for new users because QuickBooks Self-Employed is only available to existing users.
Since you haven't changed your mobile platform (moved from iOS to Android or vice versa), just stayed and upgraded the device but still cannot sign in due to the small blank with a disclaimer, you can use your iPad or the web browser on your MacBook to access QuickBooks Self-Employed and click the Help (?) icon in the top right corner of your screen. From there, select the Contact Us option, enter your issue in the box, and choose Callback. Our Live Support team will have the tools to help you figure out what's going on and guide you through the next steps.
In the meantime, your workflow won't be interrupted, and you can still manage your books through the QBSE app on your iPad or MacBook while waiting for the fix.
By the way, our Live Support availability hours are open Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 5:55 PM PDT. Visit this article to learn more: Get help with QuickBooks Products and services.
