I can't open my company file on the 2nd computer

I am on Multi user set-up for QBDT Premier 2020, recently I've been having issue with opening my company file. Can somebody please help me out with this?

  1. Make sure to close QuickBooks.
  2. Download the most recent version of the QuickBooks Tool Hub.
  3. Save the file where you can easily find it.
  4. Next, open the QuickBooksToolHub.exe.
  5. Then, follow the on-screen instructions to install it.
  6. Once done, double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool.
