Let's fix the corrupted PDF file so you can print a deposit slip, rivers_edge2017.

Unexpected behavior like this happens when you have an outdated or damaged Adobe Reader. This program is responsible for printing documents from your computer.

You can check the Adobe website for the instructions to update its release version. Once done, let's repair the installation of the PDF reader.

Let me show you how:

  1. Close all open programs on your computer.
  2. Click Start in the lower-left hand corner of your screen.
  3. Type Control Panel in the search box, and then press Enter.
  4. Click Programs and Features.
  5. Click Acrobat or Adobe Reader, and then select Uninstall/Change.
  6. Pick Next in the Setup dialog box.
  7. Select RepairNext, and then click Install.
  8. Click Finish when the repair is complete.
  9. Restart your computer.

After that, sign back in to QuickBooks and print a deposit slip again.
