If you are trying to access your invoices using your QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app, let's ensure the app is updated. Then, refresh your data to ensure you have the latest information available, such as open invoices in your QBO mobile app. Here’s how:
For Android:
- Go to the Home menu or tap the three dots in the lower right corner.
- Select Settings, then choose Refresh Data.
- Press Yes.
For iOS:
- Go to Settings, then click General.
- Choose iPhone Storage, then tap the QuickBooks Online app.
- Click Offload App.
- This will free up the storage without deleting your app's documents and data.
Once that’s done, try opening your invoices again. If you’re still experiencing the same issue, we can uninstall and reinstall the app to help. Here’s how to do that:
For iOS:
- Tap and hold the problematic app's icon.
- When the menu appears, select the Remove App option.
For Android:
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- At the top right, tap the Profile icon.
- Tap Manage apps & Manage devices.
- Select the name of the app you want to delete.
- Tap Uninstall.
