I cannot find My expenses receipts , all the attachments are blank, where do I find them?

Hi there, Jodie. Let me help you find your expense receipt attachments.

 

You'll want to double-check if you've successfully attached the file to your expense transaction. You can check it from the Expense window's attachment box (see image below). Aside from that, ensure that the receipt file size isn't larger than 20 MB.

 

If the attachment box is vacant or empty, you haven't successfully attached a file when you saved the expense record, or the receipt hasn't been converted to an expense after saving it as draft.

Once you've successfully attached, go back to the Expenses tab and follow these steps to find the file attached:

 

  1. Hover to the Expenses menu and then select the Expenses tab.
  2. Click the Mini Gear icon beside the Export icon.
  3. Tick the Attachment box.

 

This will indicate in the Paper Clip column if you have 1 or more attachments on an expense transaction. From there, you can click the number and then the file to view the attachment. I've added a video snippet for visual reference:
