I cannot print any archived 941 forms today

Hello @rcaccamisi,

Thank you for letting us know you're using the QuickBooks Online (QBO) desktop app installed on your MAC and you're able to access and print forms in a browser app.

We can continue our troubleshooting steps by clearing the cache stored in your desktop app. Let me show you how.

  1. Open the QBO desktop app on your MAC.
  2. Go to the Help menu.
  3. Select Reset App Data.

To learn more about the steps above and the general instructions while the desktop app, consider reading through this article for reference: QuickBooks App for Windows and Mac: General support.

In case you need to pull up a summary of all your payroll expenses, I've included this helpful article for the steps: Run payroll reports.

If there's anything else that I can help you with, please let us know in the comments. Stay safe!

I can help you sort this out, @rcaccamisi.

Let's start by accessing your account in a private window or an incognito window. This is a special mode where the browser doesn't record the browsing activity on the local device, so no trace will be left on the computer. You can use either of these keyboard shortcuts:

  • Press the Ctrl Shift N (Google Chrome) keys on your keyboard.
  • Press the Ctrl Shift P (Firefox or Internet Explorer) keys on your keyboard.
  • Press Control Option (Safari) keys on your keyboard.

Once you're able to log in, you can try viewing and printing your archived 941 forms. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Taxes menu.
  2. Choose Payroll Tax.
  3. Under Forms select which you'd like to view, print, or download.

Once you have successfully print your 941 forms, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. If not, you can switch to a different supported browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari.

Visit us here again if you have other questions about printing your tax forms. I'll be here to keep helping. Have a great day.
