Any specific issue? Your tag is QB Online, not QB Desktop. Are you migrating from QBO to QBD?

There are times that QuickBooks will crash especially when it's clicked multiple times when opening the program. I'd like to know if you have encountered an error same with what Fiat Lux - ASIA mentioned.

 

For now, I'd suggest running Quick Fix my Program from the QuickBooks Tools. I'd be glad to show you how:

 

  1. Download and install the QuickBooks Tool Hub app.
  2. Open this program, and select Program Problems.
  3. Click Quick Fix my Program.
  4. Now, try to start QuickBooks Desktop and open your data file.

IM QB DESK TOP CAN'T OPEN QB JUST PUT IN NEW PASSWORD AND SAYS WAIT 15 MINUTES BEEN TRYING FOR HOURS.

Based on the details you've provided, it seems that the password was reset using the I forgot my password link within the program.

 

If that doesn't work, we can try typing the new password in the CAMPS website: https://camps.intuit.com/. This would help us verify if you've successfully updated the password.

If you'r estill unable to open your company file due to the incorrect password, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. They can pull up your account and help you update your password.
