If you can't pay your payroll with direct deposit, you might want to sign up for it. Go to Payroll Settings and select Direct Deposit. Enter the company's bank information and it'll take 2-3 banking days to confirm the test deposit.

Otherwise, you'll need to use any credit cards to pay for QuickBooks Online billing subscription.
