I cant send invoices through email. Or get paid for any invoices today. I wanted to make sure your aware of the problem.

I can create an invoice but cant email it to the customer. Or get paid for the invoice.

You can test the process by sending an invoice to yourself, @Tlclockandkey, to determine if the issue is related to QuickBooks.

 

First, could you please clarify whether you encountered any error messages while sending the invoice or if the buttons became unresponsive when you clicked Send? Any details you provide would greatly help us assist you more effectively. Also, when you mentioned, "You can't get paid for the invoice," do you mean that you are unable to receive payment because you can't send the invoice?

 

If you can send the invoice to your email, let's verify your customer's email address to ensure it was entered correctly when you submitted the invoice.

 

If the email address is correct and you're still unable to send the invoices, we recommend clearing your cache. Outdated information stored there can lead to unexpected behavior, error messages, or functionality issues. Additionally, using up-to-date and supported browsers will help ensure you receive the latest features and improvements.

 

Once your customer receives the email, they can select the Review and Pay or Pay invoice to access the invoice and pay it directly.
