I CANT SPEAK TO ANYONE- it keeps “dropping call” I just want to know why i still haven’t received my money

I can share two ways to ensure you can get in touch with one of our representatives, @justindamico173-.

 

The first option is through the Help (?) menu in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company and the other one by using an alternative link. Before doing so, please review our support hours and types guide to ensure they can assist you with your refund queries.

 

Once ready, you can now follow the steps below. For the first option, here's how:

 

  1. Click the Help (?) menu at the top, and then tap Contact Us.
  2. If in case you're routed to the QB Assistant page, type Contact Us and then select Talk to a human
  3. Tap the Never mind option, and then choose I still need a human
  4. Click the Contact Us button.
  5. Enter your question or concern on the search box like "Why I haven't received my money yet." 
  6. Click Let's Talk.
  7. Pick either Get a call or Start messaging option.
  8. Fill out the needed info, and then hit Confirm my call or Submit to continue.

For the second way, here are the steps to follow:

 

  1. Go to this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact
  2. Select QuickBooks Online, then choose Continue as a guest.
  3. Pick your QuickBooks version.
  4. For live help, click the Search for something else button.
  5. Enter your question or concern on the box provided, and then click Search when you're ready.
  6. Then, please follow the on-screen prompts to continue the process.
