I changed my email address several months ago, however still not getting emails on my new email address.

I've got you covered, loretta-jardine. I'm here to help you verify why your emails aren't populating on your new email address.

 

To do this, let's make sure you successfully change the email address. This could be the reason the new one isn't getting emails. I'll show you how.

 

  1. Sign in to Intuit Account Manager. Use your QuickBooks sign-in info.
  2. Select the Sign in & security menu.
  3. On the Email address section, check if the address added is the new email.
  4. If not, click the old email and add the new one.
  5. When you're done, select Save.

If the email has been changed, I'd suggest contacting ng our QuickBooks Support Team. They're equipped with tools to check the cause of this. It'll also allow them to submit a ticket to our engineering team to alert them about the issue if necessary.
