I client called in their credit card info which I processed. How do I create a receipt to send back? Or does QB online due this automatically?
If you're looking to create and send your client a sales receipt, then I'm your guy, firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sign into your account and follow these few steps down below and your client will have their receipt in no time:
Choose Sales receipt.
Click on the client you want to send the receipt too. (Add a new customer if they aren't in there yet)
Enter all the sales information needed in order to complete the sales receipt.
Click the Save and send button to email the form to your client. You'll have a chance to edit the email prior to sending it one last time.
