You don't need to re-enter those amounts, Rescuelm. We can restore the Owner's Draw category, and all the associated amounts will automatically reappear in your records.
First off, we can only delete an account if it has no amount. If there are linked transactions, you can make them inactive instead. With that, may I ask if you accidentally deleted it or made it inactive?
If you're using QuickBooks Online and have made it inactive, you can follow the steps below:
- Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
- Go to the Gear icon settings and select Chart of Accounts.
- To show the inactive (deleted) account, click the small Gear icon settings next to the Printer icon.
- Tick the Include inactive check box.
- Locate the inactive Owner's draw you want to reactivate.
- Under the Action column, click the Make active.

On the other hand, if you're using QuickBooks Desktop and made it inactive, check this step-by-step process:
- Log in to your QuickBooks Desktop account.
- Go to the Lists menu and select Chart of Accounts.
- To show the inactive account, check the Include inactive box.
- Locate the inactive Owner's draw you want to reactivate.
- To activate the account, right-click on the account.
- Select the Make Account Active.
