I do not have the ability to get a call back or message through to Quickbooks. How do you contact them?

I am getting emails from Quickbooks that our phone number has been changed and it has not.

I'll point you in the right direction, @bkorf.

 

QuickBooks updated the Help menu, in which you'll see the QB Assistant before you can select the Get a callback or start a chat. This way, you can select related articles that fit your concern.

Here's how to contact in the QB Assistant page: 

 

  1. Click the Talk to a human link.
  2. Type Talk to a human twice in the search bar.
  3. Choose Still need a human tab. 
  4. Hit contact us
  5. Pick Get a callback or Send a message

 

If you see the old contact us form, I'd suggest performing primary troubleshooting steps to isolate the problem. First, access your account via incognito to check if it's browser-related. These browses won't save any cache or history. 

 

Here are the shortcut keys: 

 

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome)
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox)
  • Control Option (Safari)
  •  Ctrl + Shift + P (Microsoft Edge)

 

From there, go back to the Help menu to check if it's already functioning well. If it's work, return to your default browser, then clear its cache and cookies. This process aims to speed up your overall browsing experience and may clear up some room on your computer. Using other supported browsers is a good option too.  

 

If the issue persists, you can utilize our QuickBooks Online Sample Account. So, you'll know why you're receiving an email about your business number change in QuickBooks Online.

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. In the sample account, go to the Help button, then choose Contact Us
  2. Type your concern in the field and hit Let's talk
  3. Select Get a call or Start a chat, then submit the request.

It does not work. If I click OK it starts over.
