I don't want vincule my bank acount

Hello there, Escala. Linking your bank account to QuickBooks Online (QBO) is optional. If you prefer not to connect your bank to QBO, we can add your transactions manually. I am here to provide you further information to manage your finances effectively.

If this is your first time to sign-up to QBO, you have the option to upload your transactions manually, please make sure that you have your Bank statement downloaded on your end.

Here's how:

1. Navigate to the Transactions, then Bank Transactions.
2. Click Upload Transactions.
   
   
    
3. Drag and drop or Select Files. Choose the file you downloaded from your bank.
4. Then hit Continue.
   
   
    
5. Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks. Then Continue.
6. Choose the transactions you would like to import and Continue.
7. Hit Yes. When you accept it, click Done.
    

If you have already link your bank account and wish to disconnect or unlink it. Here are the steps to follow:
 

1. Navigate to the Transactions menu, then Bank Transactions.
2. Select the tile for the bank account.
3. Click the Pencil icon then select Edit account info.
   
   
    
4. Then tick the Disconnect this account on save checkbox.
   Note: If QuickBooks is downloading new transactions, you won't see this option. Wait a few minutes for the update to finish and try again.
5. Select Save.
   
   

Once you already unlink or disconnect your bank in QBO, you can manually upload your transactions.

When your transactions is successfully added on your bank transactions tab you can categorize them so you can track your finances in QBO efficiently.
