Let's get your new customer to appear on estimates in QuickBooks Online (QBO), elanitlcohen. I've got some troubleshooting steps for you to perform to fix this issue.
First, ensure that your customer is saved. You can check this on the Customers tab in the Sales menu.
If it still doesn't appear, this may be a browser-related issue. We can access your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account in an incognito window. It could be that your browser's cache and cookies are corrupted, causing unexpected behavior on the Banking page. Refer to these shortcut keys:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to delete those temporarily stored files and browsing history. The collection of data can create corruption over time; however, removing this should fix it. You can also use supported, up-to-date browsers to roll out the possibility of a browser-related issue.
