I forgot a Client's name, but remember the name of their street. How can I search street names to find Client? Is there that possibility?

Glad to have you here, @Marie5.

Are you perhaps referring to a specific customer listed on your Customer's list? I can help walk  you through searching for your customer in QuickBooks Online.

Currently, the ability to locate a customer using their street address in the customer's page is not yet possible. What you can do is to open the Customer Contact List and filter it to show their street address.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Report tab.
  2. Choose Customer Contact List from the Sales and Customers section.
  3. Click the Gear Icon.
  4. Put a check mark on Billing Street.
  5. Click Run Report.

You can export this report as an Excel file and search your client from there.

I can see how beneficial it is for you and your business to have a specialized payment link where your customers can use to pay you directly without an invoice. I’ll make sure to pass along your request to the Product Development Team for consideration in future updates.

If you have any suggestions, feedback and product requests for improvement, you can directly send it to us.

Here’s how:

  1. Go to Gear icon.
  2. Choose Feedback.
  3. Type in comments or suggestions.
  4. Select Next.
  5. Click Skip.
  6. Hit Send Message.

Feel free to click the Reply button if you have other questions about navigating around QuickBooks Online. I'm always here for you.
