You may have created a trial account associated with the email address of your Intuit account in QuickBooks Desktop. Let's log in to confirm if you have an active subscription or not.
- Go to the QuickBooks Online Login page.
- Select the Gear icon.
- Under YOUR COMPANY, select Accounts and Settings.
- Click Billing & Subscription.
From here, you'll see all the details of your plan if it's active or not. If you have an active trial plan, you can use the steps outlined in this article to cancel it since you only need to use QuickBooks Desktop.
