Hi, Reiko. Broken or missing trips can occur if the QuickBooks mobile app isn't running in the background. To record it manually, follow the steps below according to the platform you are using.
If you're on an iOS device, tap Menu > Mileage > Plus icon > Create Trip. For an Android device, tap Menu > Mileage > Plus icon.
On a browser, go to the Mileage menu, then click the Add trip option in the upper-right corner of the page. A window will appear where you can enter the necessary details.

Moving forward, to ensure your entire round trip is captured, we'll have to configure your device settings and add the QuickBooks mobile app to your approved lists or ignore lists. There are third-party antivirus, memory boosters, and battery savers that may interfere with mileage tracking.
