Buy nowQuickBooks automatically synced my accounts, but it incorrectly merged data from two different sources: my Business Debit Card transactions are showing up inside my Credit Card account in QuickBooks. This has caused a major mess in my books. I need you to: 1. Identify why the sync is pulling data into the wrong ledger. 2. Help me separate these transactions without losing my existing categorization for the correct credit card entries. 3. Fix the connection so that Debit (Account ending in xxxx) and Credit (Account ending in xxxx) stay separate. Please escalate this to a technical specialist who can look at the bank feed mapping.
It doesn't work that way. You can't just request that kind of help here. You have to actually contact QB.
Use the Help (The question mark at the top of your QBO Page) to start a chat or request a call.
