Hey there, @andre24. Welcome to the Community forum. I'm here to provide information on how you can show the Property Address in your invoice or estimate email header and body,
To ensure that the Property Address will show to the field you want them to display, you'll need to send the invoice and estimate manually and edit the Subject and Email body sections. Here's how:
- Go to the Sales tab on the left panel lists.
- Choose either Invoices or Estimates.
- Select a transaction you want to send. Then, click the dropdown icon and pick Send.

- You can enter the Property Address in the Subject and Email body fields.
- Once done, tick the Send icon.

The reason for this is that QuickBooks uses a templated email format based on the default data you enter in the Messages tab from the Sales section, which is located in the Account and Settings option. So, to customize the email header and body, you'll need to follow the steps above.

Moreover, you can contact QuickBooks Live Expert Assisted to further guide you in personalizing your email form based on your company niche and focus.
