I have a transaction that has been stuck in my pending since 4/24/25 of 101.00. I’ve contacted CS 6 times and the merchant 2 times. No one will help and I’m out $101.

What am I supposed to do? I’ve sent multiple emails, made numerous 1-2hr phone calls. I’ve sent screenshots, tickets have been made. Everyone says they can’t find the transaction and points me in another direction every time. I can see the pending transaction on my mobile app and on the desktop site. I am in fact missing $101.00. It’s stuck in my pending so I’m unable to dispute it. I’m beyond fed up with quickbooks and greendot and am ready to close all my accounts. Paying $40/month to have $101 stolen from me is beyond unacceptable.
