To show the Items section on your vendor bills, you'll need to enable it through your company settings, Bobbie. I'd be glad to guide you through the process so you can manage your bills efficiently.

The Items section plays an important role in financial management, inventory control, and regulatory compliance for businesses. It provides valuable data that aids in maintaining financial health and operational efficiency.

Here's how to turn it on:

  1. Login to your QBO account.
  2. Click on the Gear icon.
  3. Select Account and Setting, and choose Expenses.
  4. Click the Turn On button next to the Show Items table section.
  5. After turning on the button, select Save.
  6. Click Done.

In addition, after you enable the items section. You may refer to this article to learn how to receive and record. It offers easy customization and flexibility, real-time tracking, faster payments, and a customer-friendly experience: Record invoice payments.

If you still need help with your customer invoices, vendor bills, or any QBO-related queries, please leave a comment below. I'm here 24/7 to assist you.
