I have been hacked

The security of our clients'  QuickBooks account is our top priority, rrgurry.

 

I'd highly recommend changing your password to prevent unauthorized access. I'll show you how to do it:

 

  1. Click on your name's initial icon beside the Gear menu.
  2. Go to Manage your Intuit account.
  3. Select the Sign-in & Security tab.
  4. Expand the Password section. 
  5. Enter your new password, then click Save

You can also report this matter by reaching out to our Customer Care Support Team so they can investigate users who are trying to gain access to your account.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help icon at the top to display the QB Assistant window.
  2. Then, click the Talk to a human menu and enter the issue.
  3. Next, click the I still need a human button and select the Contact us link.
  4. From the option, choose Message an agent for real-time assistance or Get a callback.
