I have been waiting for 4 hours to get a call back when my 1.5 hour screen share agent dropped my support because she couldn't help me. Then the robot at QBO phone number call dropped!

In doing my end of year I discovered that I have several journal entries from my banking that did not sync properly & I need help in removing them from my register from the being of last yr (there are only about 7 unconnected/synced) & use the true bank connected ones. PLEASE I want a PHONE CALL with a very experienced tech. I am so over bad tech support from QBO and the QBO support dropped the call as I answered it, after waiting for it for four hours! It has happened before. They should call back, immediately!

Hi there, let me share you a quick guide, @4all.

 

When you need to delete some of the entries, you'll have to go to the account's register to remove each of them.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and then select Chart of accounts.
  2. Click the View register on the Action column for the account in question.
  3. When you see the duplicates, review the transaction.
  4. Once confirmed, click the entry and then choose Delete.

 

To get a call from us, you can sign to your QuickBooks account, go to Help, and then click the Contact Us. Next, please enter your query and continue to Let's talk to get a Chat or Callback. You can also chat with us through this link.
