You can stop future billing by canceling your QuickBooks Self-Employed subscription.

To do this, sign in to your Intuit Account Manager, go to Products & Billing, select your company, and click Cancel. Follow the on-screen instructions. Once the cancellation is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation.

If you subscribed through a mobile app store, you'll need to cancel the subscription directly through that app store. After cancellation, billing will stop, and you'll retain read-only access to your company data for one year.

However, if you’ve already canceled but still see charges, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Self-Employed live support team. They can provide details on the status of your account.
