I have converted my estimate to an invoice and now it won't print or send. How do i correct this?

Sending an invoice timely allows customers to plan their payments for your service, Diaz. We can perform some troubleshooting to isolate the printing and sending issues of your converted estimate. Let's work together so you can ship them promptly.

Let's start by accessing your QuickBooks account via incognito or private window. This mode doesn't retain cache, so we can verify if it is a webpage issue. Here are the keyboard shortcuts you can use:

  • For Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N

From there, go to the Sales menu on the left panel and find the transaction under the Invoices page. Once located, select the dropdown arrow under the Action column to choose Send or Print.

If it works, clear the browser's cache to start with a clean slate. You can also use other supported browsers as an alternative to your regular one.

Moreover, do you need help tracking your sales and ensuring they're on the correct account? You can speak with our QuickBooks Live Expert for more personalized assistance.

Furthermore, create and send customer statements to remind them about their upcoming deadlines and receive your receivables on time.

Finally, register your revenues in the system to monitor the business finances: Record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online.

You can tag me in your response if you have additional questions about managing your invoices or sales transactions. We'll be here to provide more details to help you.
