I have multiple donors w/ credits at a school. I want to pay the school's ASB with one check for those credits. I want to "transfer" the neg. balances to ASB for a trip.

However, an alternative solution is to create a clearing account in QBO and use a journal entry (JE) to combine the donor credits. From there, you can write a single check to pay the school's ASB.
