Hello there, @edells.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), if you set the inactivity timeout to 3 hours, the system should log you out after three hours, not after 10 minutes.

To resolve this unusual behavior, we need to refresh the setting. First, change your account's time-out preference to a different setting (such as 1 hour) and save the change. After that, please log out and log back into your QBO account to see if the issue persists.

If the same thig happens, I recommend using Google Chrome or another compatible browser to avoid signing out of your account while using QBO.

Feel free to leave a reply if you need further assistance accessing your QBO account. We're always here to help.
