It seems that you've signed up for a trial account that's why there's no billing option from the Gear icon. In this case, you'll need to cancel your trial subscription for the UK version of QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE). Then, sign up for the AU version so you can start over again.
Before anything else, let's first change the email address used in the UK version. This way, you can use your email without an error when signing up for the AU version. Here's how:
Once done, you can proceed with canceling the UK version. Please be guided with the steps below:
After canceling your trial account, you can now sign up for the AU version of QBSE using your email. You can check out this link to know about the pricing.

Open QBSE AU version with another email address for the time being. Then contact Support to ask removing your email address on your QBSE UK account and changing your email address on QBSE AU account.
