Initially, missing entries in QuickBooks arise due to specific filters implemented on certain transactions or an incorrectly set date range. Therefore, it's essential to check these filters.

 

You can follow the steps below:

 

  1. Go to Get Paid and then select Invoices.
  2. Click on the Date dropdown menu and ensure the date range is correctly set to view the relevant period.

 

Once you've finished, you can click on the Date and ensure the arrow points upward to filter your invoices, showing the most recent transactions first.
