Since you didn’t receive the complete list of items when trying to sync in QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can reach out to our Live Support Team, Gwen.
Here's how:
- Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner.
- You can use the QB Assistant by entering your question or topic, or select Search, open an article, and then press the Contact Us button.
- Select a topic or enter your question in the box and hit Continue.
- On the "How would you like to connect with us?" page, choose either Have us call you or Chat with us.
