Hi Sohilnparekh, if you have subscribed to this bundle for more than six months, you will need to take an extra step to link your accounts.
Did you choose to keep separate sign-in credentials for QuickBooks and TurboTax? If so, the systems do not automatically recognize the bundle link during the payment process.
To address this issue, we recommend contacting our QuickBooks phone support team directly and informing them that you have a long-standing bundle with separate accounts. They will then provide you with a one-time code to waive the filing fees.
