Buy now & saveLet me share a few information about availing the free QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) subscription, lorinda-buckingh.
You'll receive a complimentary QBSE subscription when you file your 2019 federal return with TurboTax Self-Employed by April 15, 2020. Just activate your QBSE account by July 15, 2020, and your complimentary subscription is good until April 30, 2021.
You can check out this article for more details about this one: I was offered QuickBooks Self-Employed at no additional cost when I got TurboTax Online Self-Employe....
You can also reach out to our QuickBooks Self-Employed Customer Care if you need further assistance with this one.
I've got a link here which provides you with articles about managing your QBSE account: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/account-management/subscription-management/08?prod....
I'm just one click away if you need a hand with updating your billing and subscription details or any QBSE related. I'm always here to help.
Thank you for your response. I opened an account thinking I would get it free. I have NOT paid for a subscription but I don’t want to start over in SEQB. Do I have to start over to get the free account? Can I keep my user name login and just apply the “code” or discount to my account? Would it be considered an existing account? I hope not because I use the email for all Intuit programs. I also have mint and other products and wanted to keep the user name the same on all of my products. Please let me know. Thanks
It's good to see you back, @lorinda-buckingh. Thanks for the additional details.
To get the free QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account, you'll need first to file your taxes thru TurboTax since the free account is complimentary from them.
Once done filing, you'll be receiving an email saying to proceed and complete your QBSE for free. That said, I recommend checking your email for the setup. Then, you'll need to use the same login credentials to successfully create a free account.
For guidance in setting up, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Support team. They have the specific tools like screen sharing to walk you through. You can check this link on how to contact them: Contact QuickBooks Self-Employed Support.
