Welcome to the Community, Carrie! Are those transactions still showing as 'pending' on your bank’s website, or have they fully posted? QuickBooks only downloads transactions once they’ve cleared, so pending ones won't appear just yet.

Just a heads-up: transactions older than 90 days won't pull through with a simple Refresh on the Bank transactions page. You'll need to upload those manually instead.

Before you export those transactions from your bank and upload them into QuickBooks, I’d recommend checking out the Prerequisites and File guidelines sections in this article: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

Once your data is ready, you can upload it in QuickBooks Solopreneur by clicking the dropdown arrow next to New transaction and selecting Upload bank statement.

If you're uploading them as CSV files into QuickBooks, you may want to visit the following article for formatting tips: Format CSV files in Excel to get bank transactions into QuickBooks.
