First, if you haven’t already, uninstall and reinstall the QuickBooks Online desktop app. This process may restore the toggle option to switch to Desktop View. If the issue continues even after these steps, I recommend contacting our Live Support team for further assistance. They can securely access your account and investigate why the toggle option for Desktop View is not visible.
