I just upgraded to Mac 2020 and opened it up and I keep getting this message "Another user has deleted 'Flamingo Graphics-2012 (QB2013).qb2020'. QuickBooks must close the company file." so it won't save or back up what I have done.

Considerable advances have been made in the QuickBooks Desktop over the last few years, FlamingoDesign.

As more and more features have been added, most of them have taken the form of new enhancements that use graphic programming languages and interfaces. Features of this nature demand increased RAM memory to operate fluidly. This is one reason why the RAM requirement for QuickBooks has increased significantly over the last few years as well.

There's a possibility that your system component doesn't meet the System Requirements for QuickBooks 2020. Hence, you encountered this error after the upgrade process.

You can go to the QuickBooks for Mac 2020 section of the article above and compare it to your system components. From there, you might need to upgrade your system components if necessary.

Let me know what are the results so we can check what other factors that are causing the issue.
